What we do

That support takes different shapes: one-on-one counseling for practical questions about work and rights, a weekly support group for anyone adjusting to life in a new country, and free English classes to help build confidence and community.

We also organize — when Wolt couriers saw their pay for short deliveries drop, we gave them a space to come together, and what began as a meeting of 25 people grew into a movement of more than 300.

Who we are

We're run by volunteers and funded by donations. Every crown we receive goes directly back into the community we serve — through our events, our support services, and our work to create a more inclusive Denmark for everyone.

Community House Copenhagen exists to support migrant workers in Denmark with a holistic, non-bureaucratic approach to understanding and navigating the Danish labor market and beyond. Many of the people we work with are new to the country and speak little Danish — our job is to meet them where they are, not the other way around.

We're based in the heart of Copenhagen, close to the Town Hall Square, and everyone is welcome — regardless of background, language, or how long you've been here.
